Please remind
employees who participated in the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for
the 2013 plan year that the last day to submit claims incurred during the 2013
plan year (January 2013 - December 2013) will be March 31,
2014.
Claims received after
that date will not be reimbursed, and federal law requires that any money left
in the employees' 2013 accounts be forfeited. Claims should be submitted to ADP
using the attached form. Additional questions should be referred to ADP via the
Kindred HUB at 800-991-6171.
