We highly recommend you pre-order, there is an
allotted amount per location and we do run out
sometimes.

Yes- They are promotional certificates (not gift
certificates) that typically hold 6-12 month expiration
dates.

accepted?
All forms including Cash, Check, Credit or Debit
(sometimes payroll deduction – depends on the organization). If you are
purchasing with a card we appreciate debit, as the processing rates are
lower.
