What happens if I have difficulties in using a discounted package?
Call the customer service line on each package to resolve any issue. Each package holds a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
How do you get these discounts?
We negotiate these discounts in order to provide increased foot traffic and exposure for our partners.
Can I get these discounts after the event?
NO
Do I need to reserve a package?
We highly recommend you pre-order, there is an allotted amount per location and we do run out sometimes.
Does every package expire?
Yes-  They are promotional certificates (not gift certificates) that typically hold 6-12 month expiration dates.
What form of payment is accepted?
All forms including Cash, Check, Credit or Debit (sometimes payroll deduction – depends on the organization). If you are purchasing with a card we appreciate debit, as the processing rates are lower.
